Author's cue sheet in Excel format, with notes and comments. Topographical map and profile stats attached. Also attached is a Bike Route line map of the Delaware Recreation area provide by the NJ National Park Service. This is a tough ride. Do not attempt this ride until you have done at least two 100 mile rides within 8 weeks of this ride. Estimate 8 full hours of riding plus time for stops. There is a 100 mile shorter version that leaves this route at mile 63.6 in Marksboro, makes a right on Cr-659 and picks up Susan Rodetis's Gladstone route, in the NYCC ride library, at mile 31.6. This shorter route bypasses the actual Delaware Water Gap.

Only one food stop listed on RWGPS cue sheet.
