Take the Trailways up past Tarrytown to Briarcliff Manor, then come down scenic Old Sleepy Hollow Rd into Tarrytown to pick up lunch at J & G Deli. Continue down to the river for a picnic at Kingsland Point Park with views of the Mario Cuomo Bridge and Nyack across the water. Stay along the river and on side roads to miss the traffic thru Tarrytown and continue down Broadway and Warburton. (Watch for very rough road and heavy traffic on Broadway.) As soon as you get into the Bronx, stop at Lloyd's Carrot cake to pick up your sweet treat to eat while watching the cricket match in Van Cortlandt Park. Ride ends back at Claremont Playground.
