Richard Rosenthal, the creator of the Climbaholics route, describes it as “short but sweat. It is for people diagnosed as suffering from severe climbaholism who don't want to leave far from home. It has seven notable uphills: Booth, Morrow, Next Day Hill, Speer, Churchill, an alternate to Clinton, and Walnut. Two of them touch 17%. Six of the seven are within 10.1 miles and within just those miles the elevation gain is 1437 ft...which seems mild enough until you realize 5.4 of those miles are flat or downhill. Rosenthal, who, by his own admission, is an utterly inept uphill rider, states, all you need to do this ride is: The Will, The Time, and a Low Enough Gear.”
